Aside you being a great copywriter,there are other important things you must  be very good at into when writing a squeeze page that converts as it is important to build a compelling case for a time-bound offer.
Now, this doesn’t mean you have to invent unrealistic deadlines and constantly revise them each week. That will fetch you loss of credibility within a tinkle of an eye.
However, when planning your advert copy or whichever, you will want to make sure that you constantly persuade the reader to take action immediately by inserting a number of “calls to action,”
You may want to consider using fly-ins or pop-ups to create more urgency – or to make a time-bound offer. Perhaps you can use a countdown clock or icon to build urgency (i.e., when someone arrives at your landing page, they have five minutes to purchase the product at the lowest price).
Now, if you’re creating a opt-in page, you might want to employ slightly different techniques but rather than building a compelling case with multiple triggers and calls to action over the course of 1000 words, you may want to simply compile all into a compelling headline and one paragraph of “benefits.” your visitors stand to gain by opting in  by submitting their details.
A completely free-to-join opt-in page will fetch you a considerable amount of subscribers unless the visitor  doesn’t see any benefits OR suspects that you will sell their email address to third parties which warrant that you should put a privacy notification at the bottom of your form and better still put you picture and signature at the end of your opt-in page.

You can as well overcome the second problem by including a short line under your squeeze page form that will assure them that you will not spam them or sell or give away their email address and name.
More importantly,you can as well let them know that they can easily remove themselve from your list anytime they wish by just easily clicking an “unsubscribing link”.
